Using Peppermint

You may use Peppermint only if you can form a binding agreement and you comply with these terms and applicable laws. If you use Peppermint on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Accounts, Access, And Permissions

You are responsible for the integrations, permissions, tokens, and local device access you choose to connect to Peppermint. You should only connect tools and data that you have the right to use.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, credentials, and accounts.

Your Content

You retain your rights to the content, files, messages, tickets, documents, and other work context you make available to Peppermint. You grant Peppermint the limited rights needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Peppermint to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not connect systems or data you are not authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use Peppermint to generate or coordinate harmful activity.

Beta And Availability

Peppermint may include beta, experimental, or early-access features. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep Peppermint reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

AI Outputs

Peppermint helps AI systems use source-grounded work context, but AI outputs can still be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for important decisions or external communications.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using Peppermint, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Changes And Contact
